This hotel is a hidden gem. The location couldn't be better - situated in the charming historic spa district, it's a short stroll to the picturesque park areas and the buzzing downtown area, filled with fantastic restaurants. The friendly hosts were always on hand to offer their assistance, making us feel truly welcomed. We opted for a spacious vacation apartment instead of a standard room, providing us with ample space to relax and even a small refrigerator. The nearby grocery store was a bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. great value for money and a delightful stay.
No major issues, everything was fine.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities, particularly the fridge, were handy. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Great romantic escape! The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and a good-sized bathroom. We loved the little fridge which held our chilled drinks! Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient location close to the old city and train station.
No air conditioning, which made the room a little hot for our comfort. the WiFi didn't work well, which was a letdown, especially since we relied on it for some of our planning.

Location and breakfast were good. Room was also clean.
The staff could have been clearer regarding check-in procedures and the lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
